Herald Journal: Abby Erickson Recovering With Help From Cache Coffee

In January 2026, The Herald Journal reported on Preston resident Abby Erickson's recovery after a serious car crash and the support Cache Coffee provided during that recovery.

The story documented Cache Coffee promoting Erickson's fundraiser, donating proceeds from her favorite drink, and providing an in-store donation option. It also described the business's broader record of helping families, supporting veterans, hosting Thanksgiving and Christmas meals, and offering safe firearm storage.

Community Support in Practice

The coverage is another independent example of Cache Coffee's community role extending beyond coffee — helping a specific local family while continuing longer-running programs across Cache Valley.
